As you get off the train at Windsor Station and head up on to Chapel Street the first hospitality venue that you come across is Two Lost Boys. It has a prime location and now that the council has landscaped and pedestrianised the area in front of the venue it is a great place to relax just off the main street.
This open plan venue is playing the charm card, up-cycled wooden tables are sleek and broad and a central island bar is bookended by two halves of a vintage, stained glass, salvaged door. With a cool slate grey concrete floor and a crisp white paint job it's very summer beach house, minus the oversized shells.
The venue has an on premises licence until 12pm with a capacity of 70 inside. There are no restrictions on numbers for outside but you can seat about 12. There are 11 years left on the lease made up of 1+5+5. Rent inclusive of GST is $1300 a week. All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale. Some equipment is on hire purchase and finance can either be paid off in full or transferred depending on the offer price.
The venue concentrates more on the cafe culture at the moment with scope to really expand the night time trade. The venue suits owner operators and those that have not had a hospitality venue before. All the hard work and set up has been done. The present owners as this was their first venue had learnt everything they needed to and so now want to move on to a larger venue. So they are looking for offers in the region of $135,000. This venue is now SOLD.
